The very first time I prepared these Pork Won Tons, I had leftover pork from our New Year's Day dinner. I decided to try my hand at making won tons...something my husband and I enjoy when we order Chinese food.

If you are going to serve them as appetizers, it's easier to prepare the won tons early in the day, lining them on a baking tray. Then cover the won tons with a damp paper towel and place in the refrigerator until your guests arrive.

I like to start frying them right after the first guest arrives. It's fun to even have your friends sitting in the kitchen while you make these so they can enjoy them as they're ready.

I've used a deep fryer and a frying pan with oil, BUT these would also be really good to make using an air fryer.
