  • 1lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  1. Sift together the salt, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and almond flour into a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine the eggs, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract until well blended. Stir in the dry ingredients until a moist batter forms.
  3. Fold in the shredded zucchini and chopped walnut.
  4. Coat the inside of a slow cooker insert pan with cooking spray and pour in the batter.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH heat for 2 to 3 hours. Cool slightly before serving.
