    I was skeptical tocome here after reading all the negative reviews. I’m glad Iended upgoing inbecause Diana was absolutely AMAZING!! When Ifirst went inthe woman atthe front desk was really nice and friendly. After Iwas checked inI waited about 5min ifthat before getting called back. The nurse was also nice and attentive. Mywait for the Drwasn’t bad either about 10min. When Diana walked inI just knew Ihad made agreat choice togoin. Ivoiced all myconcerns toher and guess what…. She ACTUALLY LISTENED! Itruly wanted tocry because every Drbefore her was hearing mebut not really giving any solutions. Iwish there were more Dr’s like Diana because she really cares about what she does and that means somuch tome. Iwill recommend her toeveryone!– show

          I got tomy apt my5mins before myapt time. Mind you they said they would send methings through text for areminder ofwhen toarrive and soforth. Igot here and they are getting all myinsurance and signatures. Just tobe told Ihave toreschedule!! COMING FROM THE MEDICAL FIELD MYSELF. THAT WAS INAPPROPRIATE AND NOT NECESSARY. Ifyou want your patients toarrive within acertain time period ADVISE THEM WHEN YOU ARE SCHEDULING THEM OVER THE PHONE!! NOT INTHE CLINIC THE DAY OFTHIER APT. Iunderstand that there’s other patients that need tobe seen within their scheduled time but it’s myfault that Iarrived 5mins before myapt. AGAIN DOBETTER ASA STAFF. And Iknow how much anegative comment will dofor this company. Sad tosay Idon’t gobased off areview until Itryit. But nowonder the review issolow. TRAIN YOUR STAFF THANKYOU.– show

            Absolutely the worst doctor experience I've everhad.Dr. Melendez was dismissive, judgemental, and un-empathetic. The assistant was the same.

              Worst service ever. Ischeduled anappointment and they told methey accepted myinsurance. When Iwent inthey wouldn't take myinsurance and said Iwould have alarge bill for blood work. Itook off work and spent time going tothis office for NOTHING

                  I waited 40minutes last time tosee the doctor for myfirst appointment just tohave toschedule 2weeks later for the actual physical. Ithen arrived at10:51for what Ithought was a10:50appointment but Iguess itwas10:40soI was told Iwas ano show and toreschedule. Horrible service here. Ifyou read this and decide touse them for your primary care then you were warned. Shame onyour teamDr. Kupersmit.

                    This office isterrible. They are disorganized and unresponsive. Ivisited for the first time for anannual wellness checkup which included ablood draw. The woman who drew blood pierced into the muscle inmy arm and left abruise that was about 4inches indiameter. After the results came back the doctor said she was going toorder additional tests from the same blood draw. After not receiving aresponse about those tests, Isent several messages and called several times. The messages were ignored and nophone calls were returned. Finally, more than 3weeks after the tests were supposedly ordered, Ireceived aphone call totell methe tests were never run and the blood was discarded. She said Iwould have tocome into have more blood drawn. Not atthis office Iwon't.– show

                      Worst experience wehave had ever!! Iarrived 20minutes after myson was brought inby ambulance. SoI apparently missed all they were going todo forhim. Seriously Ithink that’s all the medical care hewas going toget!! When the nurse came inshe didn’t even acknowledge that family had arrived since she had been inlast. Iasked ifa doctor would bein toexplain the test results and what was going onsince myson was not abletoo. She acted like Iwas aninconvenience. She responded without turning around tofaceme! Ihad results online almost 2hours before adoctor camein! Ipushed the button toask for adoctor and still waited! Now tothink I’m just inpatient let meset the stage.. this was amid day visit ona Wednesday! Noone waiting inthe lobby. Noalarms goingoff, staff over talking, although they claim tobe too busy tocome give anupdate! Results posted online at11:30and still nodoctor at1:30!!– show

                        Sent mehome when Isaid mypotassium waslow. MyBP isusually, maybe, 120/80, atmost. Itwas 195/174, per their charts. (Included)

                        They kept the BPcuff onmy left arm asthey saw itseizingup. Istill have bruises from that.

                        I took aton ofpotassium that day because I've been like this since mygallbladder was removed. I'm barely inmy30s. They sent meoff, despite symptoms, asthey didn't want todo anything.

                        Don't gohere, ever.

                        Also, charged me3,500for an8panel blood test, saw myBP like that, and still sent mehome.

                              This office denied myhusband aCOVID-19booster because they “don't open avial for more than one person.”Now, myhusband has COVID, sodo I(despite having myown booster), and our 4month old daughter issick aswell.

                              This office handled myprenatal and pregnancy care horribly. Also could not help mewith birth control placement after mydelivery. Awful well woman care.

                              I believe doctors inthis office have treated mepoorly due tomy mental health diagnosis/history, including ADHD and dep

                              ression. Discriminatory. Avoid this office, Iwish Ihad.– show

                                I have been going there for acouple years and have seen Erin Cheng. She isremarkable. She has always been right ontop ofeverything. Imimpressed also because she always answers myquestions very quickly. Ive got responses sent tome onmychart even ona Sunday night. Ihave always had agreat experience everytime Ihave gone tothe clinic.

                                  Tried last night toget through— was onhold for over 45minutes and then
                                  the hold stopped and said noone was there totake mycall and itrang tothe answering service. Ithink your telephone answering isabsolutely terrible. Ifmy physician didn't work atthat clinic— I'd not bother either going there orsitting onhold indefinitely toarrange anappointment. Terrible service.

                                    I know Covid isstill abig deal…BUT, this free standing ERis basically alast resort. Ishould have taken upthe paramedics ontheir offer totreat meat home for mycrisis back pain. Literally the doctor atthis ERhanded mea cup ofnarcotics and sent mehome. Ipicked upCovid FROM theER, Iwas nowhere else togetit, prior togoing totheER, and nowhere else after theER. The CDC said don’t goanywhere for five days, but the medical community put off all treatments for mysevere back pain for TEN days. Actual treatment for myback came after 37days ofpain and inactivity (before ERa few days, then after afew days Itested positive for Covid, then had towait another ten days tobe seen anywhere else, then ACTUAL treatment after anMRI). This free standing ERdidn’t even have several very basic items ofmedical equipment— supposedly supply chain issues. Becareful!– show

                                      I went here twice for treatment and Iwas never told that Ihad aninfection. The DrI saw here was aSpecialist! and hemissedit. Myown PrimaryDr. saw itand isnow treatingme.

                                        good afternoon, tocommunicate mytotal disappointment with this medical office after they made mewaste mytime waiting for lab results ofwhich they never knew how toexplain tome what happened with the results, Ihad tomake another appointment torepeat again the procedure ofblood tests for mythyroid today Iarrived at400pm for anappointment at430pm but mysurprise was that at435pm another patient who had the appointment at400pm came and was also waiting for lab and they were still not attendinghim.... that says that they provide bad service, Iwill have tolook for another office tocontinue mytreatment. Iknow you won't mind mycomment either, thanks anyway.

                                          The first time: mymother had acheck-up here and Ididn't see any results sent back, and when Iwent toask them, they said mymother had never been examined here, they didn't see the information onthe system. The second time: mymother made anappointment for ageneral check-up because Ihave afree medical check-up every year. And when they check, they only check afew things and make anappointment for the next one onanother day because the doctor doesn't have time. Istill agree. Andmy mother still went tothe doctor the next time, they still did apreliminary examination and then sent the bill for the two visits, forcing meto pay nearly $300, Idon't know ifthey did ageneral examination orwhat somy mother not free. 3rd time: Imade anappointment for aheart check-up and when Icame they said they didn't see myinformation onthe system, itwas the system again, Idon't know iftheir system has aproblem orbecause they don't saveit, but there isa problem. problem all the time, and they arranged meanotherday, and the fourth time: icame again they said the doctor was busy and wanted toreschedule meagain. Itried many times with them because it's near myhouse but Sorry mypatience islimited. And Idon't want totry again. Weare patients who need tobe examined, but coming here only makes myillness worse. You work asa physician, but you don't really have aheart and don't really love your patients, you work carelessly and indifferently. (Melinda, you sit toreceive guests, but you draw that you are bored with the work youdo, always melancholy and tired. Ifyou don't likeit, don't doit, itaffects the patient's mood). And Ialso think you should get rid ofthe system you're using and get rid ofthis clinic. Ihave never written abad review before. But you guys are reallybad.– show
